These terms govern your use of Bailey's List (baileyslist.com), operated by Park Four, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What Bailey's List is
Bailey's List is a free, community-curated guide to dog-friendly bars, restaurants, lodging, and parks. Listings are suggested by visitors and reviewed by volunteer moderators before they appear.
Verify before you go
Dog policies change. Whether dogs are welcome inside or only on a patio, porch, or grounds can vary by season, weather, time of day, events, local health rules, and management decisions, and a venue may change its policy at any time. Our listings reflect what was reported and reviewed at one point in time. They are not guarantees and are not provided by the venues. Always confirm a venue's current pet policy directly with the venue before you visit, and follow posted rules, staff instructions, and local leash and vaccination laws.
Your submissions
When you suggest a venue or add notes, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You keep any rights you have in your submission. You grant Park Four, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, display, and distribute it in connection with Bailey's List, including on the website, in our Google Maps lists, and in our downloadable map files.
Moderators may edit, decline, or remove any submission at their discretion. Please don't submit anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing, or any personal information about other people.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site. That includes scraping it at scale, interfering with its operation, attempting to access moderator tools without permission, or submitting spam or automated suggestions.
Third-party services
Map, place search, and place details are provided by Google Maps Platform. Your use of those features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Links to other websites and services are provided for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The site and all listings are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't endorse any venue, and you are responsible for your own and your dog's safety and conduct.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Park Four, LLC and its members, volunteers, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on any listing. That includes being turned away by a venue, injury, property damage, or travel costs. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
