Bailey's List (baileyslist.com) is operated by Park Four, LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Venue suggestions. When you suggest a place, we store the venue details you provide (name, address, map location, Google place ID, category, whether dogs are allowed inside, and your patio and policy notes).
- Your name and email (optional). If you include them with a suggestion, we store them so moderators know who submitted it and can follow up.
- Google Maps list contributions. If you add a place to our shared Google Maps suggestions list, we read the place, the note you wrote on it, and the display name Google shows for whoever added it (or for the list's owner, if Google doesn't say). We also keep the account number Google sends with that name, only so your contributions stay together under one name. We don't receive your email address, and we don't collect your profile photo.
- Your location (optional). If you allow it, your browser shares your location so the map can open near you. It is used only in your browser to position the map. We don't store it, though the map does request venues for the area you're viewing.
- Moderator sign-in. Volunteer moderators sign in through Cloudflare Access, which shares their email address with us to confirm who they are.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.
User data & submissions
Venue suggestions, submitter names and emails, and moderation decisions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated by Cloudflare, Inc. on our behalf. We use this information to review suggestions, publish approved venues, and contact you about your submission if needed.
- Published content. Approved venue details and notes are shown publicly on the site, in our Google Maps lists, and in our downloadable map files.
- Your name may be public. If you give a name with a suggestion, or add a place to our shared Google Maps list, and it is approved, that name (your Google display name, for list contributions) may appear on our community leaderboard. Google account numbers are never shown.
- Your email is never public. Email addresses are visible only to our moderators. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We keep submissions for as long as the related listing is on the site. To ask what we hold about you, or to have your name, email, Google display name, or submissions removed, email baileyslist@parkfour.com.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver and protect it. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
